The office runs while you are in the van.

For trade firms of 1–10 people. The job sits at the address, the work order is on the phone, the quality assurance comes with it, and the quote, the follow-up and the invoice text are waiting as suggestions. You press approve.

“We’ll take it – without item 2.”

The invoice draft carries a line the quote does not. It is on the work order as extra work, the customer signed the order, and the line is proposed for the invoice.

Try it in your own trade before you sign up.

Pick your trade and the demo becomes your firm: seven jobs at real addresses, with your line items, your hourly rates and your quality assurance. Open a job, fill in the work order, approve a suggestion, send a quote, move the clock forward. Nothing is saved and nothing is sent.

Five things to try

  1. Approve a suggestion and see what it changes
  2. Open the job at Bakkevej 7 and finish the work order
  3. Tick the last quality assurance point and hand the job over
  4. Ask a question under Ask
  5. Switch your job system off, move seven days forward, and watch the hours wait

Today: three suggestions waiting.

Every proposal shows the sentence or the lookup it rests on. Nothing changes until you press approve.

Where do you land?

The only number you need to know is how many jobs you have open at once. Press a firm size, or type your own. The examples are computed from hours and average job sizes in the trade, not from your firm.

Each step holds twice as many jobs as the one below it and costs about 40 % more. Above the bottom step you therefore never pay for more than twice the work you do. The bottom step is 25 jobs at DKK 595 a month — that price holds if you have fewer.

Type a number and we will say which step.

What counts as a case

  • Everyone in the firm is included. The price follows the number of jobs, not the number of heads.
  • One piece of work for one customer: a job, a project, a proposal or an agreement.
  • A running agreement is one active case for as long as it runs.
  • An enquiry without a quote does not count.
  • The plan follows the three-month average and changes only at a month boundary.

What a case is

  • A case is one piece of work for one customer – a job, a project, a proposal or an agreement.
  • It counts from the enquiry until the invoice is paid.
  • A running agreement – a service contract or a framework agreement – is one active case for as long as it runs.
  • An enquiry with no quote does not count. It sits in the system as a lead until you send a quote. A lost quote closes when you mark it lost.
  • Extra work on an agreement is tasks on the case, not new cases.
  • If you use Minuba, Apacta or Ordrestyring, only the cases you have quoted on count.
  • A private customer without a CVR number is entirely normal.
  • Your plan follows the average of active cases over three months and changes only at the turn of the month. We tell you first.

Users

Everyone in the company. You pay for cases, not for people.

The discount for the first 50

  • Half price – 50% of the list price – for the first 12 months from the day you get access.
  • 50 companies, one discount per company.
  • DKK 0 now, no card, no lock-in. The discount stays if you change plan.

Lock-in

None. Cancel monthly. Joining now is free and commits you to nothing.

Limits per plan

Anything with a number is a monthly limit, not a bill. When a limit is reached, that function pauses until next month. Everything else keeps running.

Above the top plan the ladder continues in fixed steps, as stated by the prices.

SecurityNine facts about data, approval and support

Your data. Not ours.

Nine things that hold from day one.

  • Everything stays in the EUServers and backups in the EU. No data leaves the EU – not even to the model behind the proposals.
  • Data processing agreement includedPart of the agreement, not an add-on. The sub-processors are listed in it.
  • The model behind the proposals never trains on your data – the provider is not chosen yetThe requirement binds the supplier we choose. The name goes into the privacy policy once the choice is made.
  • Nothing is sent without your approvalEmails, quotes and signature requests go out only when you press approve.
  • Never deletes, only proposes – you press approveDuplicates are merged, records corrected and cases closed only as proposals you can reject.

QuestionsAnswers to what we are asked most

The questions we are asked most, with the answers as they are.

What counts as a case?

One piece of work for one customer: a job, a project, a proposal or an agreement. It counts from the first enquiry until the invoice is paid. Revise the quote five times and it is still one case. An enquiry with no quote does not count. A lost quote closes when you mark it lost.

Does a service agreement count as one case?

Yes. A running agreement is one open case per agreement. Not one per visit, not one per invoice. Extra work on it is tasks on the case. It closes when the agreement ends.

We have customers without quotes – leads, callers, old customers. Do they count?

No. Only cases with a quote or an agreement count. Enquiries and leads sit in the system at no cost. Follow-ups are written on cases.

What happens if we go over?

Your plan follows the three-month average and changes at the turn of the month. We tell you first. Nothing stops mid-month. Above the top step the ladder continues as stated by the prices.

Does a busy season punish us?

No. The average runs over three months, never one. A quiet winter brings the plan down again. Below 25 cases the price is still DKK 595 a month.

We have a lot of small jobs — do we pay more?

Yes. A locksmith on forty call-outs a week has more active jobs than a carpenter with four extensions, and the price follows the jobs because the jobs are what cost us anything. That is why the ladder is built with no long gaps: each step holds twice as many jobs as the one below it. Above the bottom step you pay at most for twice the work you do — never for capacity three or four times your own. On the bottom step you pay DKK 595 even with five jobs.

Does it cost more when we grow?

No. The price sits on the plan, not on people. Everyone in the company can join.

Do you read our whole mailbox?

No. It reads emails in threads on open cases and new enquiries in the mailboxes you choose. It touches nothing else. Only emails it reads to propose something count against the limit.

Does the system write to our data on its own?

No. Everything is a proposal with its source. Nothing changes until you approve, and everything can be undone.

Where is our data?

In the EU. The data processing agreement is part of the contract, not an add-on. The model behind the proposals must run in the EU and never train on your data. That is a requirement on the provider, who is not chosen yet. The privacy policy will be updated with the name.

Can we get our data out again?

Yes. Full export in open formats, any time. You start it yourself, at no charge.

Do we need a phone system?

No. Call from the app and the call lands on the case. If you use Dstny or Telavox, we connect them.

Can we bring our old system with us?

Yes. Direct migration from HubSpot, Pipedrive, webCRM and SuperOffice, with history, emails and dates. From another system or a spreadsheet we move customers, cases and notes. You approve the trial migration first.

We use Minuba – do those cases count?

Yes, once you have sent a quote on them. If you use Minuba, Apacta or Ordrestyring, TrueSales reads the case from there. Hours, materials and invoice drafts stay where they are.

Is there a lock-in?

No. Cancel monthly. Joining the waitlist now is free and commits you to nothing.

Are private customers supported from day one?

Yes. The customer is created from the address: the building from BBR, the owner from Ejerfortegnelsen, the energy label from Energimærkning. The consumer cooling-off period is noted on the case.

Can a customer be created without a CVR number?

Yes. A private customer is created by name and address. A customer can be a family as easily as a company.

And when we sell to businesses?

Then the CVR number is the key: master data, management, beneficial owners and the filed accounts. Plus tenders from TED and Udbud.dk that match your industry codes and your area.

What do the people on site have to do?

Call from the app and the call lands on the case. They add photos and files to the case from the phone. If you use Minuba, Apacta or Ordrestyring, hours and materials stay there.
