Privacy policy

The controller is TrueSales. Write to hej@truesales.dk. A person reads it and replies.

This is also where you ask for access, correction or deletion.

When you join: your email address. If you answer the three optional questions: how many people you are, roughly how many cases you have open at a time, and your industry.

With the sign-up we store proof of your consent: the wording you saw, its language, the time, the policy version and the page you signed up from. The Danish Marketing Practices Act § 10 requires it.

If you accept statistics: which sections you view and for how long, what you click, how far you scroll, plus browser, device, screen size and a pseudonymous id. We also record a replay of the visit with every input field masked. Your email address is never in it.

If you accept marketing: ad identifiers from Google, Meta and LinkedIn and which ad you came from.

We collect nothing about you elsewhere and buy no data.

The waitlist sign-up is necessary to deliver what you asked for (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).

Emails about the opening, the product and offers go out only with your explicit consent (Marketing Practices Act § 10; GDPR article 6(1)(a)). Withdraw with one click in any email.

Statistics rest on your consent (the Danish cookie order § 3; article 6(1)(a)). The site works fully if you decline.

Ad measurement rests on your consent, on the same basis.

Consent records are kept to meet a legal obligation (article 6(1)(c)).

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) receives your email address, your answers and the consent record and runs the waitlist. Processing takes place in France and Germany.

PostHog (EU Cloud) receives behavioural data and replays if you accepted statistics. Processing takes place in the EU. Your email address is never sent in clear text; we use a one-way hash.

The replay starts when the page loads but leaves your device only after you accept. If you accept, the seconds before your choice are sent too. If you decline, nothing is sent and nothing is stored on your device.

Cloudflare serves the site and processes your IP address and technical request data.

Google Ireland Limited, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company receive conversion data only if you accepted marketing. If you decline, their scripts never load.

The product’s proposals are made with a language model. It runs in the EU, or with a provider that by contract processes in the EU and does not train on customer data. The provider is not chosen yet; this policy will be updated with the name.

We do not sell your data and share it with no one else.

Brevo, PostHog and Cloudflare process within the EU/EEA.

Google, Meta and LinkedIn are Irish companies whose groups also process in the US. Any transfer rests on the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Decline marketing and no transfer happens.

The waitlist: until the product launches and at most 24 months after you signed up. Unsubscribe and you are deleted at once.

Consent records: 2 years after the consent was withdrawn or expired.

Statistics: up to 12 months. Replays: up to 30 days.

You can learn what we process about you and get a copy. You can have it corrected and deleted. You can have processing restricted and object to it. You can receive your data in a machine-readable format.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Cookies: via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Emails: via the unsubscribe link in any email.

If we change the policy we update the date and raise the consent version, so the cookie banner shows again.
